Water Wise Rebates

Rebates are issued to Spokane Water Customers on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted. Purchases must be made within the calendar year of application. Please review the general program information and rebate-specific information before applying for a rebate.

For questions or to request an application by mail, email the Water Conservation Team at waterwise@spokanecity.org or call 509.625.7800. All products purchased must be WaterSense® certified.

WATER USE EFFICIENCY – Rebates: Help Consolidated Irrigation District in reducing water use during the summer months sign up through the website to observe your water consumption history.  Reduce water use by: 

  • Replacing toilets with water efficient toilets – 1 Toilet per house $50
  • Installing a sprinkler rain sensor – 1 sensor per house $25
  • Installing hose bib timers – 2 hose bib timers up to $20 with receipts
